AtNight Creative Intel Issues Statement Following Katlyn Harp Case Break

HEMLOCK TOWNSHIP, PA – In the early hours of Saturday, June 29, 2025, AtNight Creative Intelligence executed an emergency digital awareness push following the disappearance of Katlyn Harp, 33, of Hemlock Township, Pennsylvania. Katlyn, a 33-year-old white female with blonde hair and blue eyes, standing at 5'2" and weighing approximately 175 lbs, was last seen on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at her home on Fairview Drive, Hemlock Township, Pennsylvania. She has a distinctive tattoo of "11:11" and a heart on her collarbone.
The campaign’s first major activation hit at 12:56 AM, with unified messaging across national platforms urging the public to call only Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) tip lines.
AtNight’s activation was executed independently of any law enforcement entity. We did not coordinate with PSP or investigators. Our role was strictly awareness-driven—we mobilized both internal assets and aligned media partners to funnel all public tips to official channels, while also suppressing misinformation, which typically surges during high-profile missing persons cases.

By midday June 29, the Pennsylvania State Police located Katlyn’s remains and arrested her husband, Vincent Lloyd Harp, 39, charging him with Criminal Homicide and Tampering with Evidence. He was denied bail and remanded to Columbia County Correctional Facility.

Independent Action for Public Good
AtNight operated under a strict internal directive (Ref: INTERNAL.KHARP-DIR-061925), clearly prohibiting any collection or handling of tips or evidence. We established containment protocols and redirected all inbound leads, inquiries, and public engagement toward PSP’s official lines:
• PSP Bloomsburg Station: 570-387-4261
• Toll-Free Tipline: 1-800-4PA-TIPS (1-800-472-8477)
We did not participate in the investigation, nor were we briefed by law enforcement. All field response, suspect custody, forensic processing, and investigative development were carried out by PSP and the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office.

What AtNight Did Do?
• Launched an early-hours nationwide awareness blitz (12:56 AM ET, June 29)
• Activated media partner overlays across multiple jurisdictions
• Published vetted poster assets with all roads pointing to PSP tip infrastructure only
• Refrained from speculation, crowd-sourced noise, or publishing unverified leads
• Maintained compliance with legal and jurisdictional protocols

AtNight remains committed to assisting legitimate missing persons cases with integrity, coordination, and respect for agency jurisdiction. Our independent actions are designed to complement official investigations by raising public awareness and directing tips to the appropriate authorities, ensuring every possible lead is pursued.

Our aim was clear: generate maximum exposure without disrupting the investigative chain, and avoid the false trail collapse that has compromised other cases.
While operating independently, we acknowledge the rapid tactical precision shown by PSP Troop N’s Major Case Team. Their pursuit included aerial, K-9, drone, SERT, and ATV resources. PSP confirmed all tips submitted—through 911, PSP lines, or social media—were followed up without delay.

Statement from AtNight Leadership
“This case reinforces why independent action and responsible media mobilization matter. We worked outside official channels, but in full respect of their authority. This wasn’t about glory—it was about reach. And when the system moved, it moved fast.”
