283 Days Since AtNight, One World, and Dog the Bounty Hunter Launched the Search for Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers, Age 16, on Behalf of His Father, Seth Rogers — Vigilance Urged Amid Heightened Trafficking Advisories

FORT WORTH, TEXAS (One World/AtNight) — Today marks 474 days since Sebastian vanished from Hendersonville, Tennessee, on 25 February 2024. During that same window, every credible metric shows an unprecedented escalation in child‑trafficking activity nationwide:
➜ NCMEC recorded a 55 % year‑over‑year surge in child‑sex‑trafficking reports in 2024.
➜ DHS Center for Countering Human Trafficking (CCHT) logged its largest annual caseload on record in FY 2023 and warns the trend is still accelerating.
(See: https://www.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/2024-03/24_0223_ccht_year-in-review-annual-report_508.pdf and https://www.dhs.gov/dhs-center-countering-human-trafficking)
➜ Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) rescued 56 victims and identified 386 more in its April 2025 “Operation Restore Hope III” sweep.
(See: https://www.dhs.gov/news/2025/04/17/fact-sheet-how-dhs-combating-child-exploitation-and-abuse)
➜ FBI Operation “Cross Country” located 59 minor victims in its latest nationwide sting.
➜ CBP Enforcement Statistics show 17,048 encounters with criminal non‑citizens at the southern border in FY 2024, an 11 % rise over FY 2023, underscoring increased smuggling pressure at ports of entry.
➜ The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) received 1,170 trafficking tips by 17 Nov 2024, already nearing the 2023 total of 1,432.
➜ Federal “Operation Restore Justice” in Houston arrested 205 suspects and rescued 115 child victims—some as young as 14—from a regional trafficking ring.
➜ DOJ secured its first life sentence in over a decade for labor trafficking in April 2024 after a trafficker was convicted of enslaving Guatemalan minors for domestic labor.
➜ A Boston pizzeria owner was convicted in June 2024 for forcing six undocumented workers into long hours under threat of violence and deportation.
➜ Tennessee minor trafficking tips rose from 66 in 2016 to 514 in 2024—a nearly 8x increase.
➜ Polaris handled 11,999 new trafficking cases in 2024 and confirmed over 21,000 victims—of which 18.5 % were labor-related.
➜ Polaris is lobbying Congress for additional funds and support for the National Human Trafficking Hotline amid record call volumes.
(See: https://secure.polarisproject.org/action/tell-congress-support-trafficking-hotline and https://polarisproject.org/congressional-priorities-2024/)
➜ In West Virginia, adoptive parents were charged in 2024 with labor trafficking after forcing five children—some locked in sheds—to work on their property.
These hard numbers explain why Homeland Security, CBP, and state task forces have escalated advisories nationally. Sebastian’s absence is more than a statistic; it is a piercing call to every one of us to stay vigilant.

🗺️ ⚠︎︎ CRITICAL LOCATIONS – KEEP YOUR EYES ON THESE CORRIDORS ⚠︎︎ 🗾
1. #Tijuana / #SanYsidro, CA — Busiest land port worldwide; high smuggling volume.
2. #Springdale, AR — Logistics nexus on I‑49, repeatedly cited in Polaris agricultural-labor-trafficking typology.
3. #ElPaso | #Houston | #Laredo, TX — Texas ranks top-three nationally for trafficking prosecutions.
(See: https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/sites/default/files/files/divisions/human-trafficking/TaskForceReport2024.pdf and https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/human-trafficking-section/what-human-trafficking/texas-statistics-human-trafficking)
4. Northern Border Crossings (ID, ME, MN, MT, NY, VT, WA) — CBP notes record counterfeit-document seizures tied to trafficking along these routes.

✈︎ WHY THE RISK IS PEAKING NOW ⚠︎︎
➜ Border Gateways Under Strain: San Ysidro & Otay Mesa (CA) now seeing “blind-mule” tactics—smugglers conceal victims in travelers’ vehicles.
➜ Pacific Maritime Routes: Coast Guard reports 200+ maritime smuggling attempts off the San Diego coast in just 90 days.
➜ Interstate Hubs Seeing Case Clusters: Houston remains a trafficking epicenter with recent multi-agency busts and ongoing investigations.
➜ Tennessee Trends: TBI confirms steep growth in minor sex-trafficking cases—from 66 in 2016 to 514 in 2024.
➜ National Hotline and Legislative Signals: Polaris urges Congress to fund increased staffing and technology after handling 82,301 trafficking situations since 2007.

➭ RUNDOWN ⇩
Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers vanished on February 25, 2024, after leaving Texas Roadhouse in Hendersonville, Tennessee, with his mother. He was 15 years old, 5’5”, approximately 120 pounds, with blond or brown hair, brown or hazel eyes, wearing all black, and square-framed glasses. He has high-functioning autism and a rare chromosomal syndrome—conditions that may complicate, but do not prevent, his ability to find his way home.
Contrary to speculation, there is no evidence that he requires life-saving medication. Those closest to him, including his father, reject the theory that he simply wandered off. They believe he is alive—and they want the truth.
As of March 29, 2025, the reward stands at $447,000 for credible information leading to Sebastian’s safe return and the arrest of those responsible. This includes $50,000 from the FBI, along with major contributions from Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman and AtNight Intelligence. Working independently from law enforcement, these teams are actively pursuing leads nationwide.
If you have any information, contact the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office at 615-451-3838, the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND or TipsToTBI@tbi.tn.gov, or submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov. The FBI has offered up to $50,000 as part of the reward.
AtNight Intelligence operates independently of law enforcement, deploying its own resources and intelligence capabilities to locate Sebastian. Dog’s team remains deeply involved, leveraging confidential sources to pursue new leads. Contact Dog at MOSTWANTED@MANHUNTS.ONE, or call/text AtNight at 844-922-3236 with any tips.
