AtNight and One World Seeks Verified Information Regarding Alleged Misrepresentation by Individual Using the “SF Investigates” Handle

FORT WORTH, Tx. — August 21, 2025 — AtNight and One World today issued a public request for information regarding interactions with an individual identifying as “Steven J. Fischer” and/or using the online handle “SF Investigates.” The organization is collecting first‑hand accounts and documentation concerning alleged misrepresentation, impersonation, alias use, or deceptive contact attempts by this individual or any associated parties in connection with missing‑persons cases, including the ongoing search for Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers, 16. The purpose is to safeguard active search operations and ensure that volunteers and the public receive accurate, verifiable information.
Important: AtNight praises and supports official law enforcement. The organization has experienced no impediments from government agencies and is grateful for their professionalism. This request concerns private‑actor conduct that could mislead volunteers or the public. Do not harass anyone and do not dox. Preserve originals (no edits or filters), and share only materials you lawfully possess without violating privacy rights, terms of service, or any applicable laws.
Since early September 2024, AtNight’s teams have encountered unusual social‑media interactions originating from private actors. Reports include (a) use of false identities to “tip off” volunteers; (b) persona accounts that appeared designed to impersonate litigants or former business partners; and (c) outreach that may have blurred the line between private investigation and law‑enforcement authority. These matters are allegations under assessment. AtNight seeks documentation that could verify or refute them.
“We will not allow unverified or misrepresentative conduct to impede our search,” said Cynthia Lee, Global Ownership Liaison for AtNight and its parent, One World Corp. “We deal in verifiable records—timestamps, headers and chain‑of‑custody—rather than theatrical broadcasts. Anyone who contacted our teams under an alias should preserve their communications and devices. Bring evidence forward or disengage. This search is for a child, not a performance.”
What to send:
Alleged alias or impersonation attempts: direct messages, emails, texts, call logs or posts in which the individual (or associates) contacted you while posing as someone else (e.g., an opposing litigant, a former business partner, a family representative or a neutral “tipster”).
Apparent role misrepresentation: any instance in which the individual implied or stated law‑enforcement status or presented as a lead investigator without clearly identifying as a private party.
Possible sock‑puppet coordination: screenshots or metadata from burner accounts that appear to be linked back to the same operator (handles, recovery emails/phone numbers, timing or IP hints).
Biographic confirmations: verifiable records or leads about place of birth and any legal name‑change history (docket numbers, counties, years) to confirm or refute claims.
Relevant media timestamps: if you have timestamped clips from long‑form interviews or panels (e.g., akin to The Lore Lodge’s “Finding Sebastian Rogers” episode from January 2025) where the subject discusses using alternate profiles or “tipster” tactics, please share exact timecodes or links.
Important Notice: We appreciate and support official law enforcement. We have experienced no impediments from government agencies and remain grateful for their professionalism and cooperation. Our concern relates solely to private‑actor conduct that may mislead volunteers or the public.
If you or someone you know was contacted, misrepresented or harmed (emotionally, reputationally or otherwise) in connection with these issues, please contact us:

This request is part of AtNight’s pledge to leave no stone unturned in the search for Sebastian Rogers. Do not harass anyone. Do not dox. Save originals (no edits or filters).
The individual referred to above uses the “SF Investigates” handle on X, appears in publicly available interviews such as The Lore Lodge’s “Finding Sebastian Rogers” episode (January 2025), and advertises services at SearchInvestigations[.]org. We include this information to identify the subject of this inquiry; it does not constitute a conclusion about any alleged conduct.
Who We Are

About Sebastian
Sebastian is a beloved son, grandson, and friend. He has autism. He may be confused or unable to seek help on his own, but he wants to come home. We stand together – AtNight Creative Intelligence and One World Society – united in our commitment to bring Sebastian home and to hold accountable anyone who hinders that mission.
Our organizations will not rest until every avenue is exhausted and Sebastian is found. And we will not hesitate to pursue accountability through legal means if gross negligence in this case continues. The stakes could not be higher: a young man’s life and future hang in the balance. We ask all responsible authorities to act like it. This is a moral emergency as much as a legal one. Let us all be on the right side of history in the search for Sebastian Rogers.
