Joint Statement by AtNight Creative Intelligence & One World Society
Addressed to National Media, Federal and Local Agencies, and the General Public
"Let me be unmistakably clear: the FBI article misstates two material facts—it suggests Sebastian vanished this year when he disappeared in 2024, and it lists him as 14 when he was 15. If you can’t get the year or the age right, you haven’t mastered the case—you’ve compromised it. AtNight applauds legitimate subject clearance and supports law enforcement’s efforts,” said Cynthia Lee, Global Ownership Liaison and Senior Representative of One World, speaking on behalf of AtNight Private Intelligence Agency. "Our goal is narrow and constructive: align the public narrative with Texas Roadhouse’s contemporaneous venue facts and corporate preservation steps so the community sees the same big picture Texas Roadhouse reported. Correct the year. Correct the age. Publish an addendum and own the error."

FORT WORTH, TEXAS – September 5, 2025 – AtNight Private Intelligence Agency respectfully requests a narrow, evidence-based clarification from the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office and its federal partners regarding public statements about the “person in the green hoodie” observed the evening Sebastian Rogers dined at Texas Roadhouse (Hendersonville). We support legitimate subject clearance; however, we request that the new public recap align with Texas Roadhouse’s contemporaneous report (December 8, 2024) and the preservation steps taken by Texas Roadhouse Support Center (corporate). This alignment will enable the community to distinguish rumor from fact and maintain focus on locating Sebastian..
The FBI’s September 4, 2025 article states that restaurant employees confirmed the person in the green hoodie was a frequent customer, helped identify the individual, and that law enforcement met the person—reportedly wearing the same hoodie—and confirmed they were not a suspect.
According to Texas Roadhouse (Hendersonville), exterior and interior video footage reveals that the individual in the green hoodie was present earlier near the vehicle than the widely circulated crossing moment. Subsequently, they entered immediately after the mother and son exited the establishment. The individual proceeded to walk around the bar and directly into the ladies’ restroom, without making any purchases. They exited the restroom within minutes, following the same path they had entered.
Texas Roadhouse identified that sequence as atypical for a busy Sunday evening, as patrons typically do not enter the establishment solely to use the restroom and depart. Texas Roadhouse further reported that the individual entered the ladies’ restroom, and based on observed behavior, was likely female. These venue-specific details informed Texas Roadhouse’s understanding of the scene that evening and remain relevant to any accurate reconstruction of events.
Texas Roadhouse also reports that on or about December 8, 2024, it called the listed case detective back within roughly thirty minutes, left the voicemail as directed, and never received a return call; a follow‑up the next morning likewise produced no response. As documented in the same conversation, a team member told Texas Roadhouse, “You’re the fifth person I’ve heard with the same experience,” while another added, “He should have been their first priority—this is the place.” Texas Roadhouse was additionally told of a phone‑tree/retired‑mailbox runaround in which callers reached an old mailbox for someone retired years ago, then an automated system—press 3, press 2—just to reach the detective’s voicemail, with the practical takeaway that one must be very persistent. Texas Roadhouse’s response was plain: “I don’t have time to play that game. I deal with people, not phone trees.” Since those calls weren’t returned, Dog the Bounty Hunter and his team assisted in ensuring that the big picture was properly conveyed and that the interior and exterior camera sequence was being understood.
Separately, the Texas Roadhouse Support Center (corporate) was instructed to record and preserve all pertinent footage from the date in question. At that time, Texas Roadhouse reported that it was uncertain whether local or state authorities had subpoenaed the Support Center for those materials. This preservation step emphasizes that a comprehensive and synchronized review of the exterior and interior angles—the earlier approach to the vehicle, the crossing moment, the immediate entry, the path to the ladies’ restroom, and the swift exit—remains crucial in resolving any outstanding uncertainty regarding the green-hoodie sequence and in preventing partial clips from influencing public perception.
The current public narrative suggests that employees identified a frequent customer, and law enforcement subsequently located and cleared the individual. AtNight does not dispute the outcome; if law enforcement rightly cleared the individual, that is beneficial for the case. However, clarification is required regarding the documented basis of the “frequent customer” claim and how it aligns with the Texas Roadhouse record provided above. Specifically, we request: identification of the individual who made the “frequent customer” identification, the date and manner in which it was made; confirmation that investigators reviewed and logged the interior path → ladies’ restroom → exit and the no-purchase/quick-exit pattern; and an explanation of how Texas Roadhouse’s unreturned calls on or about December 8, 2024, reconcile with the assertion that “employees” provided the pivotal customer identification. Clarity on these specific points will enhance public confidence without compromising the investigation.
“Our goal is narrow and constructive: align the public narrative with Texas Roadhouse’s contemporaneous venue facts and corporate preservation steps so the community sees the same big picture Texas Roadhouse reported. Correct the year. Correct the age. Publish an addendum and own the error. The more accurate the record, the faster we can all move in the same direction—toward finding Sebastian Rogers. The public deserves precision. Sebastian deserves better. Fix it."
For completeness, Texas Roadhouse also stated in a separate call segment that regarding the individual seen between vehicles, “I do not know who that is… we have no video of inside where he comes in.” That contemporaneous non‑recognition sits uneasily alongside a later “frequent customer” characterization unless it is clearly explained as arising from a different staff member, shift, or subsequent identification method. Clarifying this sequence will help the public understand when the identification occurred and which restaurant personnel made it, without conflating post‑hoc recognition with the venue’s immediate observations from that night.
Unprecedented Effort Meets Unanswered Questions
We maintain hope that Sebastian Rogers will be found. Cases of long-missing children have been solved even after hope seemed lost – and we refuse to consider Sebastian an exception. However, hope is not a strategy. Action, accountability, and integrity are required now. We implore our partners in federal law enforcement to take the lead and correct the course of this investigation before it is too late.
To the local community in Sumner County and greater Tennessee, we thank you for your ongoing vigilance and support. Please continue to spread factual information and Sebastian’s photographs, and report anything that may be helpful.
To those who have sent in tips, we hear you, we value you, and we will continue to fight to ensure that every tip is followed up.
Sebastian is a beloved son, grandson, and friend. He has autism. He may be confused or unable to seek help on his own, but he wants to come home. We stand together – AtNight Creative Intelligence and One World Society – united in our commitment to bring Sebastian home and to hold accountable anyone who hinders that mission. Our organizations will not rest until every avenue is exhausted and Sebastian is found. And we will not hesitate to pursue accountability through legal means if gross negligence in this case continues. The stakes could not be higher: a young man’s life and future hang in the balance. We ask all responsible authorities to act like it. This is a moral emergency as much as a legal one. Let us all be on the right side of history in the search for Sebastian Rogers.
