28 FEBRUARY 2026
FORT WORTH, TEXAS / PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA — One World Society Corp. and AtNight Creative Intelligence today announced the formal expansion of their public-awareness and tip-routing initiative to include the disappearance of Summer Moon-Utah Wells, alongside the ongoing search for missing Tennessee teen Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers.
The organizations are releasing an updated dual-case poster and an updated reward framework designed to (1) increase awareness in Tennessee and beyond, (2) reduce misinformation by emphasizing law enforcement-first reporting, and (3) increase the flow of credible, actionable information into official investigative channels.
Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers: Sebastian was last seen in the Stafford Court area of Hendersonville, Tennessee. At the time he went missing, he was 15 years old, approximately 5'5", approximately 120 pounds, with blond or brown hair, brown or hazel eyes, and black, square-framed glasses. He has medical conditions including autism that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
Summer Moon-Utah Wells: Summer was reported missing from Hawkins County, Tennessee, in June 2021 at five years old. Her case remains active and ongoing.
One World and AtNight emphasize a single rule: contact 911 or the appropriate authorities first in any real-world tip situation.
• If you believe you have an immediate or time-sensitive sighting: dial 911.
• For Sebastian Rogers tips: contact the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office at (615) 451-3838 and/or the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) at 1-800-TBI-FIND or TipsToTBI@tbi.tn.gov. You may also submit an anonymous tip online at tips.fbi.gov.
• For Summer Wells tips: contact the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-TBI-FIND.

Reward notice: combined pool up to $550,000 (subject to updated terms)
A combined reward pool of up to $550,000 is available for credible, actionable information that directly leads to:
(A) Sebastian’s safe recovery and/or the arrest and prosecution of those responsible; and/or
(B) the location/recovery of Summer and/or the arrest and prosecution of those responsible.
All reward eligibility is governed by the updated Reward Terms & Conditions (below). Tips submitted to AtNight without proof of prior law enforcement submission will be disqualified.

UPDATED REWARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers + Summer Moon-Utah Wells
One World Society Corp. & AtNight Creative Intelligence
————————————
Effective Date: 28 FEBRUARY 2026
(Supersedes all prior reward terms and disclaimers, including the April 18, 2025 version)
————————————
IMPORTANT PUBLIC SAFETY NOTICE
If you believe you have an active or imminent sighting, call 911 immediately. Do not confront or pursue. Do not trespass. Public safety and the integrity of the official investigation take precedence over any reward consideration.
————————————
1) Parties; purpose; scope
These Reward Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are issued by One World Society Corp. and its division, AtNight Creative Intelligence (“AtNight/One World”). This reward program relates to the disappearance of:
• Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers (missing from Hendersonville, Tennessee), and
• Summer Moon-Utah Wells (missing from Hawkins County, Tennessee).
AtNight/One World operates independently of law enforcement and is not a government agency. AtNight/One World does not represent Summer Wells’ family or any party in her case. AtNight/One World routes credible tips to the appropriate authorities/case contacts. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency relationship with any governmental entity.
2) Reward pool and maximum amount
A combined reward pool of up to USD $550,000 (the “Reward Pool”) may be awarded for qualifying information, subject to these Terms and final ratification by the Reward Audit Board (defined below).
Allocation policy:
• The Reward Pool may be allocated across one or both cases, and may be split among multiple claimants, at the sole discretion of the Reward Audit Board based on evidentiary value, causation, and outcome.
• Unless otherwise announced in writing by AtNight/One World, the Board anticipates (but does not guarantee) that the maximum allocation for Sebastian-related outcomes will not exceed USD $500,000 and the maximum allocation for Summer-related outcomes will not exceed USD $50,000, with the total across all awards not to exceed USD $550,000.
3) Qualifying outcomes
To be eligible, information must be original, lawful, and actionable, and must be a material and proximate cause of one or more of the following outcomes, as confirmed by law enforcement and/or documentary evidence acceptable to the Reward Audit Board:
A. Sebastian-related outcomes:
• Safe location and recovery of Sebastian; and/or
• Identification, arrest, and formal prosecution (including the filing of charges or indictment) of the person(s) legally responsible for Sebastian’s disappearance, concealment, harm, or abduction.
B. Summer-related outcomes:
• Location and recovery of Summer; and/or
• Identification, arrest, and formal prosecution (including the filing of charges or indictment) of the person(s) legally responsible for Summer’s disappearance, concealment, harm, or abduction.
Clarifications:
• “Prosecution” means a prosecuting authority has filed charges, obtained an indictment, or initiated formal criminal proceedings. The Reward Audit Board may require additional case posture (including conviction and/or sentencing) before authorizing disbursement.
• If either child is located deceased, the Board reserves the right to reduce or reallocate any award amount based on outcome, public-interest considerations, and prosecutorial constraints.
4) Mandatory condition: law enforcement first (non-negotiable)
All tips must be submitted to law enforcement before they are submitted to AtNight/One World.
AtNight/One World will not accept, evaluate, or pay any reward claim unless the claimant provides proof of prior law enforcement submission, such as:
• A CAD record or incident/tip number,
• An email acknowledgement from an agency,
• A screenshot of an official submission confirmation, and/or
• A sworn statement from an officer/agent confirming receipt.
Any submission made to AtNight/One World without prior law enforcement reporting is disqualified.
5) Originality; non-public disclosure requirement
To be eligible, the information must be original and not previously disclosed to non-governmental third parties, including:
• media outlets,
• social media platforms,
• paid “content” channels,
• private investigators not affiliated with law enforcement, or
• any party not necessary for law enforcement reporting.
If the claimant has publicly posted, monetized, sensationalized, or otherwise distributed the tip or evidence, the claim is disqualified.
6) Prohibited conduct; safety and legality
Reward eligibility is void if the claimant:
• trespassed, committed a crime, or violated privacy laws to obtain information;
• engaged in harassment, doxxing, threats, intimidation, or stalking of any person connected to the cases;
• attempted to impersonate law enforcement or misrepresent authority;
• attempted to negotiate, pre-arrange, or extort payment.
7) Verification and anti-fraud requirements
Before any reward can be approved, claimants must comply with verification requirements, which may include:
• A sworn and notarized affidavit describing how the information was obtained and confirming prior law enforcement reporting;
• Government-issued identification (Real ID–compliant ID or passport);
• Consent for background screening (including sanctions/OFAC checks for non-U.S. claimants);
• Digital forensic review of any media/evidence to verify authenticity, metadata integrity, and chain of custody;
• Additional verification steps (including polygraph) if deemed necessary by the Board.
Refusal to comply is grounds for disqualification.
8) Disqualifiers
Automatic disqualifiers include (non-exhaustive):
• knowingly false tips or staged evidence;
• evidence tampering, backdating, or manipulation;
• intelligence laundering (using intermediaries to obscure the original source);
• any material relationship to a suspect or person of interest that creates a conflict of interest, including familial or conspiratorial ties;
• any ongoing criminal investigation of the claimant related to these cases.
9) Governance; Board authority; finality
All decisions are made solely by the AtNight/One World Reward Audit Board (the “Board”), an internal governance panel that may consult external legal, forensic, and investigative advisors.
Board decisions on eligibility, causation, evidence integrity, and award allocation are final and non-appealable. No claim exists unless and until the Board issues a written ratification signed by authorized leadership.
10) Payment timing; escrow; taxes
• The Reward Pool may be held in third-party escrow and disbursed only after Board ratification and completion of all verification steps.
• AtNight/One World may defer payment to avoid compromising investigations, prosecutions, or public safety, including deferral until relevant legal proceedings are sufficiently resolved.
• Claimants are responsible for all taxes. U.S. claimants must complete IRS Form W-9; non-U.S. claimants must complete IRS Form W-8BEN (or equivalent). Payments may be reported to tax authorities as required by law.
11) Liability; confidentiality; dispute resolution
• Prior to payment, claimants must sign a liability waiver and confidentiality agreement covering the reward process, evidence handling, and communications.
• AtNight/One World may require binding arbitration for disputes, and may designate the governing law and forum in the final ratification instrument.
12) Submission channels (after law enforcement reporting)
After notifying law enforcement and obtaining proof of submission, claimants may submit to AtNight/One World via:
• Call/Text: (844) 922-3236
• Email: MOSTWANTED@MANHUNTS.ONE
Submission of a tip to AtNight/One World constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
13) Modification or termination
AtNight/One World reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this reward offer at any time, and to reject incomplete, unverifiable, or non-compliant submissions without notice. However, claims already ratified in writing remain governed by their ratification instrument.
